Scots fail to come up with an independent energy policy

I was recently disappointed to find out that the normally fiercely independent Scots, who produced some of the greatest scientists, engineers and thinkers of modern times have managed to succumb to the global warming fantasy.

The Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform states in her opening sentence about her trip to Lima:

Today, I am travelling to Lima in Peru to take part in a crucial UN talks on climate change.

She has a PhD in journalism which is a shame given the early typo. She presumably had more important things to think about like making sure she had everything packed for her taxpayer funded junket.

I wonder whether the Scots energy policy is intended to make up for when North Sea oil runs out? Good luck with that!
